How does the SuperLead length adjustment work?
We specially designed an adjustment mechanism that clamps securely onto the webbing. When the lever on the adjuster is pressed, the pressure is taken off the webbing and it can be freely moved to adjust the length of the lead. The adjuster mechanism features a series of grooves that prevent the adjuster from moving unless the lever pressed
How do I tie my dog up using the clip?
Simply undo the buckle and clip it around a stationary object, such as a table leg or lamp post. We recommend you adjust the lead to its shortest length to avoid creating a tripping hazard for pedestrians
What is ergonomic about your collar/harness clip?
Normal snap-hooks need to be operated by balancing the clip on its edge in order to use the lever. Our 'Ergo Clip' relocates the lever to the side of the clip which allows the user to operate the clip on its side. Great for using with gloves, in the rain or for elderly users with arthritis
Can I wash the SuperLead?
Yes, the SuperLead can be either hand washed or machine washed (max 40°C/104°F). If machine washing, we recommend using a wash bag for delicates
